Even as the music of Prakash Raj’s production venture ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ was launched in a unique way in Chennai on Sunday, music composer Mickey J Mayer has said he is extremely happy about the output.

The music director, who had scored tunes for the film’s original version ‘Happy Days’, the Telugu hit, is entering Tamil film industry with ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ directed by popular cinematographer Guhan.

“The music of ‘Inidhu Inidhu’ is totally different from that of ‘Happy Days’. Because, I wanted to recompose the music though the film is a remake and treated the project as a whole new movie,” says Mickey.

Ask him about his inspiration, he says, “it is none other than A R Rahman. Like any other youngster today, I grew up listening to his songs right from ‘Gentleman’ days. Whenever there was a new arrival from Rahman, I would rush to music stores to buy a copy of the album.”
